I live with Depression. As I write that I already hear in my head a voice saying “Don’t go there”. I had this weird thought earlier about how I feel in America, there’s this idea of emotion being bad. I think that depression is a normal state of being. I think that it gets this energy behind it that calls for it to be fixed. The lows and the downs are made into problems that can be solved.
